Hi, The problem is your version of ALM. You write you have V6.0, but this version is not released. For PCS7 V9.0 SP1 you must have ALM V5.3 SP4 Upd 2 or 4 installed. How did you install PCS7? from the DVD selecting the correct package: ES, OS Single Station, OS client etc? You can try to remove the ALM and install the correct version from the DVD. If not, I suggest you reinstall the PC or go back to a previous image (if there are any). |

Hmm, I guess you are a bit scr*wed... Starter is released, but only the V5.1 SP1 HF2 version->See Siemens Compatibility Tool. So that one must have changed some settings... Maybe you can start the setup of starter. Normally you can see which components are updated when installing the package. You can figure out if there is more software changed than only Automatic License Manager....Reinstall those and install from PCS7 DVD. But I think the best advice is to reinstall the PC... You don't know what else has been changed by starter package.
