Evelyne Posts: 28 Rating: (0)	Hi is it possible to hide buttons that are not accessible due to a too low user level with a TP270 that's configured with ProTool/Pro V6.0 SP2 ? If yes, how ? I have 1 fixed window above. Can I make a second one beneath? If yes, how ? Thanks, Evelyne

Go to the properties of the button: under tab 'enable' you can set a password level. When the current user has a too low password level, the button will not be activated. But will be visible. But when you use 'Display -> Hide from value of a tag.' The tag has the number of the password-level. Go to properties of the screen -> tab Functions -> Generate screen Select the function Write_PassWord_level_to_tag. Hope this will help. About the fixed screen: You just got one. In screen 1 you log on with level 9, the button is still not displayed. Try the following: When you log on, also start a function 'select screen' with parameter screen 1. The screen will be updated.
