The DEMO I tested is V4.0.5 for Simotion and it works fine in continuous mode, but in Wind step mode it works abnormally. Acceleration angle: 360 Waiting angle : 30 Winding step: 136 Stroke: 10 Stroke adaption: On When the Traverser motor runs from start point A to point B and then returns to point A to start the next loop, the Traverser axis reports an error and the sync relationship is lost. Error: 50102 The dynamic demands on the control loop are too high, or the control system is overloaded. The "Stroke adaption" is on when the problem occurs, and when this feature is turned off, the problem no longer occurs. When "Stroke adaption" is on gasTWTravActParam[u8Index].r32CenterPoint=3750, else gasTWTravActParam[u8Index].r32CenterPoint=1902.5557 Attached is the TRACE file from that time. Hello, the error means that your following error did become too high. Please check the setpoints and your position control loop settings for the traverser axis. Have you changed some parameters for the profile (e.g. acceleration angle etc.?) If you have further questions please contact us directly via mail |

As you can see, the parameters I have written above have not been modified in any way, the only thing I have done is to activate or de-activate the Stroke adaption function.
