Viewing and exporting Alarm Archive and comments

Donehill Posts: 64 Rating: (0)	Hi, Currently I can only view limited numbers of alarm in my alarm list. How do I view alarm which is 1 year back? How to I export the comments I type into the alarm? I can only view it in WinCC by double clicking the alarm line, the comment in the alarm line shows "X". How do I view the comment in the alarm line and export it to csv format?

Insausti Posts: 150 Rating: (2)	Hi Doonehill If you open in the alarm window the 'long archive list' it shows you the last 1000 alarms, if you want to see further than that you should make a selection filter using the "Selection dialog button' on the Alarma control window. If alarm are too old it could happen that the archive you are loocking for is not currently connected, if you are ussing Wincc V7 there is a connect backup archive, with this you can select your back-up data on runtime. If you don't have Wincc v7, then to link and old archive you have to go to the Tag Logging/Archove configuration and there link manually the archive you want to see in Runtime. If you are exporting data to cvs file using the Alarm control window button, you should keep on mine that it is exported the current data present on the window, so if you want to export alarms with the comments you must add the Comments column into the Alarm control window. I hope i undestood you fine and it helps.Regards

How I can export in CSV file alarm with text operator comment ? (connectivity pack can be useful ?) Any idea ? GG PS: WinCC 7.0 SP1
