Why you would do that? Why you need SP4?

The only idea is to install Chinese MUI for Win 7 or use 3rd party tools like LOCALIZE

please, how to install wincc   flexible 2008 CHINA SP4 on an European operating system

 Not possible as far as I know.

So how to do that?

I have the same problem here, that I have WinCCFlexible SP3 installed in my PC and I want to backup the program from small machine using HMI Smart Line 700IE, and from this forum suggested me to install WinCCFlexible SP4 China edition.

The problem is my OS doesnt support the language (WinCCFlexible SP4 China needs China and Taiwan language).

Can somebody help me how to do that? I also don't know about Chinese language.

you can try setting as below-

windows start--> Control panel--> region and Language--> Administrative-->Change System Locale-->Select Chinese (Simplified, PRC) and restart the system,

Open Setup Folder.

Open InstData Folder.

Edit Setup.ini as

save and Restart Setup :))

simply, easy.
