I am working on a project where I have WinCC 8.0 on a PC, together with several Comfort Panels in the field. I am planning to use SIMATIC Logon for user authentication, so the same user accounts will be configured across both the SCADA and the HMI panels.

Is it possible in this configuration to create a centralized Audit Trail — i.e., to store all audit events (including those triggered from Comfort Panels) into a central Audit database on the SCADA PC?

In other words:

• Can audit events generated by tag changes on Comfort Panels be captured centrally on the SCADA PC (WinCC 8.0 and will the audit records include the correct user identity if SIMATIC Logon is used?
• Do I need any additional license to use Simatic Logon on the Comfort panel?

Since there are many panels in the field, can you suggest a solution that would be practical for the user (so they don't have to manually copy files from each panel) and at the same time compliant with GMP?
Is it possible to import files automatically, i.e., to copy them from the location where the files are logged to the folder used for import?
