This is an existing project. I manually created new variables inWinCCand simultaneously adjusted the data blocks inS7. As shown here, I have variables with an “undefined” symbol in one column and a fixed assigned name in another. My question is:How can I assign names to symbols for all variables? Best Regards

I think the column is the "Symbol"-> if you have an integrated WinCC lfexible Project in Siamtic Manager and you use an integrated connection youcan browse in the DBs and select the tags. then a PLC Symbol is set to the tag perhaps this one could help: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/80919613 https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/19323562 Bye Murof

The Main Problem is i cant browse in the DBs!

While access mode is "absolute access" a symbol is not required. What does it show when you try to browse a tag? Regards, Frink
