Wincc flexible to Wincc Advanced License

I need to migrate the Wincc flexible to Wincc advanced . Please guide me is there any upgrade license avaible from wincc flexible to wincc advanced ? Or need to consider new Wincc advanced V18 RT 512 power tags and Wincc Advanced Archive license ? Please advise.

Cocolino Silver Member Joined: 4/8/2021 Last visit: 10/31/2024 Posts: 639 Rating: (107)	Hi Engr@IND, Here is the MLFB of the upgrade lincese from WinCC Flexible 2008 to WinCC v17 Advanced Runtime 512 PowerTags --> 6AV2104-4DD07-0AK0. Unfortunately I couldn't find the MLFB for the V18 but I guess it is also available howerver I would contact the Technical Support to also clarify the Archiving license. As far as I the WinCC options are also upgrade with the base runtime upgrade license but I would also ask it to Tech support. Hope it helps. Br, Cocolino

Also in TIA Portal V18 there is only WinCC Advanced V17available. In the V18 Orderlist that is available HERE there is also only V17 available. Options are inclusive in the Upgrade packages. -> I think there will be no improvements any more with WinCC Basic/Comfort/Advanced. everything leads to WinCC Unified Bye Murof
