The "wrong module" fault was (and maybe is) normal, after you downloaded a new program:
- In the FM the old program is still running.
- You download a new program
- After the download you access the FM to invoke the restart (or you try to change somethink)
- Your PC/PG compares the timestamp of the program in the PG/PC (new) and the one running in the FM (old) and you get the "wrong module" fault.

After a restart, the versions match and you will not get this fault.

The fault 4224 looks like the CFC can not access the CP in you PG/PC.
Check if you can access the S7-CPU.
