Please make sure that PC Adaptor[MPI] is selected and try to communicate after applying default settings in Set PG/PC interface for MPI interface.

@shish Posts: 291 Rating: (6)	If all the LEDs are blinking or always on, it is NOT a HEALTHY case. You may try to Memory reset (MRES) the plc, if you have your PLC backup. Since I have also come across the same problem once, all PLC LEDs were blinking, MPI was not getting communicating with the PLC. I did MRES, PLC went into stop then I was able to download the program successfully.

The procedure must be done when power supply is OFF. Check if you properly plug the module in rack. Eventually replace the slot.
