Compared with full-thread you don`t have to fully turn the connector. https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109755656 Depending on the motor connector you can use speed-connect or full-thread cables. The current motors are equipped with SPEED-CONNECT connectors. Old 1FK7 G1 had full-thread connectors. That has changed.
