Speed Axis - 1PH8226-1DD30-0BA1, Vector motor Torque Axis - 1PH8135-1UF02-0LA1, Servo motor (Performance bearing). Speed axis and Torque axis are connected to each other. When torque axis is disabled or 500Nm, mechanical vibration occurs only at 2400~2500rpm of Speed Axis. The same phenomenon occurs even when tuning and resonant frequency control are performed. Are there causes and solutions? And I wonder if there is an effect because of the performance bearing characteristics of the connected torque motor.
