810D CCU1 OP032S Keyboard Replacement for MCP 416

I have a milling machine with a 810D CCU1 sw 03.03.27 1P 6FC5410-0AY01-0AA0 control and a MMC103 6FC5210-0DA20-2AA1 control panel. The machine has a factory-fitted MPI OPO32S 6FC5203-0AD10-1AA0 plc keyboard which is efficient and works properly. The factory-set jumpers are set to a transmission speed of 187.5kBaud and address 6. I replaced the operator panel with the computer from MMC103 with PCU50 500mhz 6FC5210-0DF05-0AA0 and the MCP 416C-M MPI 6FC5203-0AF50-3AA1 keyboard The installed system is HMI ADV 6.2. (CCU1 in software version 03.03.27 works with PCU50 and HMI Adv 6.2 according to official Siemens information) I managed to configure almost everything, the system works correctly except for the MCP 416 keyboard. I am not able to control the machine. When I connect the old keyboard, everything works correctly. The MCP 416 keyboard also has a selected transmission speed of 187.5kBaud and address 6 by correctly setting the jumpers. The MCP 416 keyboard also does not work under the MMC103 system. What should be changed in the parameters to run the MCP 416 keyboard? There are plans to migrate to CCU3 sw 6.5.

from eBay less $1000 USD

and sell your MCP 416

I wonder what the problem is. I plan to replace it with CCU3, I even bought it already but there was a problem. The purchased CCU3 SW 6.3 after installation starts, goes to 1 -> 5. -> 5 -> 6 on the display, the diodes +5V green, SF red, PR green light up. PS red and, and PF flashes red. I wanted to upload a copy of NC and PLC but unfortunately I can't clear NC or PLC through switches SW3 and SW4. There is no reaction to changing the positions of SW3 and SW4. There is also no communication from the PCU50 and MMC103 level. Is it possible that I need a PCMCIA card with 810d firmware?

OP032S , is better replaced by 19" MCP the number I sent to you, MCP 416 is designed for 840D/810D solution Line, @AutoGen_860549 I want to start the MCP 416 that I have.
