Hi, I'm trying to replace the DRIVE-CLiQ sensor module using the Replacing an encoder for SIMOTICS S-1FK7 G2, S-1FG1 and S-1FT7 manual. When I access the DRIVE-CLiQ Data Download Services page and enter the serial number is asks which type of DRIVE-CLiQ sensor I have. The types on offer are UNKNOWN, SMI_SAC, DQI, SMI_DSAC and DQ_CON. I assume that the DQI is the encoder with the built-in DRIVE-CLiQ port. Does anyone know the difference between the SMI_SAC, SMI_DSAC and the DQ_CON types? I've searched the internet, Siemens literature etc and can find nothing that explains what these acronyms mean! Image references Thanks Attachmentfigures.zip (534 Downloads) |
