Hm, I dont understand what help would give you a sin funct, you might be thinking about something like S-curve trajectory planner or is it related to kinematics of your application? I wrote a simple trajectory planner in one earlier post, it might be helpful. You have also to decide if the valve you will control only, or you will regulate the position also. In both situations you will need a trajectory planner that will output a position in a open loop, then you can add a regulator to close the loop - so regulator tends to correct errors of actual position in respect to output position of trajectory planner. /tf/WW/en/Posts/65510#top |

Thanks Marko, The sin function i createdmakes a smooth output setpoint curve based on the actual position of the cilinder as in the attachment. As you suggest i think i need a trajectory planner to create a output value based on the settings. This can be a open loop position control. I was looking @ your function block fb22 and find your solution very interesting. Aldo i wasnt able to run the simulator with it i think this is a way of solving my question. |
