As far as I know, it is not possible to access the memory card of a S7-400 CPU via this interface. You are able to access a memory card via the Command Interface (S7MemCard object), when it is plugged to your programming device.

Do you want to use this method of the SIMATIC Manager "PLC -> Download user program to memory card" with the Command Interface? This is not possible. The only way to download blocks to the PLC with the Command Interface, is via the objects "S7BlockContainer" or "S7Block" with the method "Download". In the SIMATIC Manager this is the function "PLC -> Download". And, as I mentioned before, if you want to access a memory card, you can use the "S7MemCard" object. But only, when you have a memory card reader connected to you PC.
