S7 Simatic Manager Communication problem.

I am having a very specific problem with my S7 Simatic Manager. I bought a new computer (Asus ZenBook Duo) that is equipped with the new Intel Meteor Lake architecture (Intel Core Ultra 9 185H). Basically, I was able to install all the software that I normally use, however, the S7 Simatic Manager (V5.7 + SP1) loses the connection interfaces when I try to open a compared block. The strange thing is that I can monitor logics (without doing the comparison) before trying to open a block that I compared. Sorry for the difficult explanation, it's really a very specific problem.

Trying to summarize with a timeline:

1- Open the Set PG/PC interface: OK
2- Open any block and monitor online: OK
3- Make Offline to Online comparison: OK
4- Open a block that showed differences: NOK
5- Open any block and monitor online: NOK
6- Open the Set PG/PC interface after the communication failure: Empty driver options

While you wait to figure out the nature and solve the problem, (it could take a long time and depend on a variety of factors, not only the PC architecture, but the OS and its countless builds, patches, etc., etc.), you could make a virtual machine based on a more stable OS that would then, after all, also be easier and more immediate to move to various future host notebook changes.

Yes, that is how I am working at the moment, with a virtual machine, however, I don't like using virtual machines very much because they are much slower than using the physical machine. That's why I'm trying to fix the problem that occurs on the physical machine.
