 Don't know what is meaning "can't see the same project with solution line components"

How many PG/PC with STEP7 you have, use the one which you can see or downgrade to the old STEP 7 version

If you don't find 840D Toolbox in the Lib, search the whole PG/PC HDD nomallay showing like

"gp8x0d Va.b"    V==Version, a=1..6,7 b=3...5,6,7..

if you don't find any in your PC, you need contact local Siemens office to order

I have step 7 5.6 and I could see projects with solution line components, when I upgrade to Step 7 5.7, I can't see the same project with solution line components, I need the correct toolbox with SL libraries but to version of step 5.7 but i could not find. Please Can you help me?

Hi,

as a short test you can check the behaviour after deactivation of the itegrity check, like described here:

After installing STEP 7 V5.7, why do you get a message about missing options packages when starting STEP 7?

But nevertheless, you should check if the latest versions are installed (as well as for STEP 7 itself, means latest service packs and hotfixes, as well as for option packages).
