Can S7-1200 PLC be operated in one way or other via "non-SIEMENS" "VNC" server application software?

Sam S. Posts: 15 Rating: (2)	Hi Tommy, I'm not too sure I fully understand your question but if you have a "VNC" type software then you can control a computer with Step 7 Basic installed which would give you remote capabilities

Set up the remote site router, designate Port 102 to theS7-1200 IP address. And then,at the local site, using the router's external IP address, you can reach the remote S7-1200 with Step 7 Basic V10.5 Best regards.
