Hello Alan; Most often, the CPU blinking all LEDs can be due to one of 2 faults: - a problem in the CPU memory in the on-board RAM ( you should think of having the CPU repaired or replaced) or in the MMC (in which case you should try installing a new one). - you downloaded a defective hardware configuration; this could be what happened in your case. The remedy in this situation requires you do a complete memory reset using the reset switch on the front of the CPU, while the MMC has been removed from the CPU, followed by a download of a corrected hardware configuration.
