FM350 counter module failure

I work in a plant with a Siemens S7-300 PLC, which does not start and presents a fault (red SF led) in the FM350 counting module. When connecting to the CPU, it is observed that this module does not appear in the hardware list and the diagnostic buffer indicates a parameterization error. The backup was downloaded and it is observed that the module already appears in the list of hardware, but we continue with the failure. Is module replacement necessary? Have you run into this bug?
