Hello azalsadeh1; The C7-634-DP incorporates a S7 CPu and an OP in one panel: "The C7-634 P and C7-634 DP control systems have a SIMATIC S7-300 CPU 315 or CPU 315-2 DP as the C7 CPU and an OP 17 as the C7 OP." (from the C7-63x System manual).You should be able to use the gsd file for the CPU 315-2DP for your application (you are trying to integrate the C7-634-DP as a slave on a Profibus-DP network, no?).
