Hello Gan; As far as electronic records/signature maintenance and GAMP procedures, PLCs are not often the source of the compliance software. This is generally done in HMI/SCADA programs that comply with CFR part 11. Wonderware and Rockwellfor example have add-on programs for their softwares to add compliance to their automation systems. Siemens does the same for WinCC Flexible HMIs (specific models are presentedon the FAQ)and PC-based runtime: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/24327008 and it is built-in the Simatic Batch add-on for WinCC: https://www.automation.siemens.com/mcms/human-machine-interface/en/visualization-software/scada/wincc-options/simatic-batch-for-wincc/Pages/Default.aspx?HTTPS=REDIR Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
