Monitoring via variable table:

*PIW 7100-7199 address is showing as 0 substitute value

*IW 7100-7199 is showing a value with no error

*PIW/IW 7000-7099 and 8000-8199 addresses are showing values with no error

These addresses are mapped to Profibus nodes.

I have a S7-416 -3 DP with CP 443-5 Ext.

Process-imagine input and output are both set to 10000.

Hardware Config has:

*Profibus node A connected to CPU DP and mapped to input 7000-7199

*Profibus node B connected to CP 443-5 Ext and mapped to input 8000-8199

Profibus devices A and B are identical in hardware and configuration.

(With no change to PLC, I have physically swapped A and B with no difference in result.)

Don't the IW values come from PIW?

I don't understand how I get values at IW but a cross "substitute value" and 0 at PIW.
