SF led is on

AXB96 Joined: 10/17/2023 Last visit: 10/17/2023 Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	This is the seventh machine in the line with the same program, hardware config, and chassis. The module behaves as if it is okay in the hardware config but the SF led is it on the module and the CPU. I've swapped cards, and tried various other things. I believe event 8 is the one causing the issue. I am using type J thermocouples and only the first two channels. Any ideas? More information can be provided if needed. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from SF in input out anloge module. "Requested OB: Diagnostic interrupt OB (OB82) OB not found, or disabled, or cannot be started in the in the current operating mode" Your first step should be to create a new function of OB type, give it the name "82", save compile and download it to the CPU as is, without any programming inside. The presence of OB82 in the program allows the CPU to gather further information from the type of error that calls that OB, through the OB82 parameter interface. It slso allows the PLC program to bypass the error call so the CPU might stay active. Open the diagnostic buffer once again and see if the information on your error is more complete. More information can be provided if needed. it doesn't matter if this is machine n.100 with complete same all components and SW used. It can be right now defected module or any sensor what does that problem, also wrong wirings. I recommend check all again carefully.
