A Logo 8.4 Slave is not starting after power cycle, everytime I have to start the slave, otherwise the master and slave have no communication. If I start the slave everything is OK and works fine, but after a powercycle the slave does not start again..(B.t.w. the Master starts normal after a powercycle..)

Factory reset on module didn't solve this issue.

Is this a faulty one, or is this normal with the new 8.4 version?

As I can read in your German post, seems like the new firmware does not solve the problem? Or does it solve the problem but you encountered some other problems?

That's not clear for me... But I will Update the device, and see what's happenning. Because this one will not work in this situation..

As expected: The Update didn't solve the problem here either.

I called the Siemens sales team, and asking about the problem. They have not an answer, I must make also a support request....

So I need to wait before they answer.

They are familiar with the Slave bug and are working on it, but no time frame has been given.

So we'll have to wait..

please try again. Switch LOGO! 8.4 slave to RUN, then do a power cycle. My LOGO! 8.4 changes to RUN automatically if it was in RUN mode before power cycling.

Also getting/buying the new Logo's is very difficult, only pre-order is possible. Nothing on stock..
