User permissions on layers

Hi, how are you?

I want to work on a layer for example the TestJG that is below the upper MHSA.
How should I configure the user group so that the people in that group can create objects on this layer?
I have tried several possibilities and there is no case, everything appears grayed out when I enter with the configured user and it does not let me create anything, it only lets me view. As far as I was aware giving read, write and create permissions on the upper MHSA layer, these are inherited to the layers below and I should be able to do the same on them, but it doesn't work. I give permissions on the top layer and it works perfectly and on the ones below it I have only view permission all the time.

I also had kind of similar problem. I wanted to give specific layer rights to specific layer to certain users but giving only layer rights did not work. So, I did something different. If you know you can also manipulate rights for the objects in COMOS not just only for layers.(In the forum it is not possible to attach screenshots yet and it makes it a little difficult to explain).

In my attachment look at figure 1. I have given the project in the rights but no specific rights and then I have given layer all the rights, but this is not enough. I also need to give rights for the objects they can edit. The users will not be able to create a new object under layer(by right mouse click), but they will be able to create and change anything for the object that you have given rights for. In this case I'd recommend select the topmost hierarchy after the layer and assign all the rights and it will be enough.

In the figure 2 I have illustrated that with drag & drop you can change the object in rights window, and you can then assign rights normally.

Thank you very much for the answer and the information.
I have tried what you told me, but still not solved. When I enter with the user of the group to which I have given all the properties on the layer that I need to see, regardless of all the permissions, it appears to me as shown in the attached image that that layer has only display permissions and I see everything grayed out.
However, when you see the properties of the layer when configuring it with the project management user, all those permissions that we gave you on the layer are reflected.
What does work is, for example, to grab objects from the upper layer, remove the display and when I go to the layer that I need, the latter inherits that property and is not displayed.
