You can do this with the "login" in the menu bar. If you don't see the login, you have to activate the compatibility mode ofyour Internet Explorer. Or you can login via the Industry Online Portal. If you logged in, then you can do everything in the Technical Forum like "answer", "download attachments" and so on. Regards

Than have a look under the search bar in the middle of the page - there is the button "new topic". Click on it, enter a headline and describe your issue as best as you can with a screenshot and all available information. I added a screenshot for you, which shows you how to make a new thread.
