2.i didnot make any aleteration with subnet or IP addres after migration,

But when i am mapping Red tags from the tags of PLC proxy then tag goinig to be rectify

please check if the red marked Tags in the HMI are available in the PLC tags of the Proxy!
That is what i ask!

In the HMI you have invalid Tags, this Tags should be assigned to tags from the PLCProxy, but in you case this is not.

So you should check if the tags in the PLC Proxy data available or not .

and check the configured IP Adresses, in the on screenshot it looks like you have definded different subnets for the devices.
