RF310R and RF170C disconnection fault delay

Hi,

I use a RF310R with RF170C connected on ET200 Profinet with CPU1516 and TIA PORTAL V14, see below references

6GT20020HD01	RFID COMMUNICATION MOD. RF170C
6GT20021HD01	RFID BLOC DE RACOORDEMENT PR RF170C
6GT28011BA10	LECTEUR RF310R GEN2,AVEC INTERF.RS422

When I disconnect the cable from the RF170C side or the RF310R side I have a fault on the IHM but the fault takes more than 3 seconds to appears.

I would like to know if there is the possibility to reduce the delay of this fault apparition as I would like to detect it quicker to stop the process immediately in case of reader failure.

Is there a parameter than we can adjust to reduce this delay ?

I'm quite sure that there's no parameter to reduce this delay.

How long does it take for the fault to appear in then CPU diagnostic buffer (online view of CPU)?
How's the load on your PROFINET network?

schmurtz Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Thanks for your answer, after verifications, the fault appears with the same time, after 3 secs on the online CPU buffer. The profinet is not loaded, I have only 8 ET200 PRO profinet stations.
