Hi corkscrew2, As I understand it, you want to have an instance data block with standard access. Since the instance data block depends on the associated function block, you would need to change the block access of the function block to standard to get instance data blocks with standard access. However, this will result in poor performance, so I would recommend that you rethink your programming. Did you know that for S7-1200/1500 PLCs there is no need to use DPWR_DAT and DPRD_DAT as long as the addresses are assigned to a process image. These PLCs have enough memory to put all the available addresses into the process images and transfer all the data in a consistent way. I would recommend using the PLC data type (UDT) for your PROFIdrive telegrams. PLC data types for PROFIDRIVE can be found in the Libraries of PLC data types (LPD). Kind regards |
