Dear Sir,

I want to give encoder pulse value to PLC through profibus from 6RA80 drive. i found parameter where i can get actual pulse vaue that is r0482. at particular input i want to reset this value, either through hard wire or through PLC via profibus in drive 6RA80. how it can be done??

Parameter r482 - read-only. Theoretically, you can set the drive with tachogenerator and encoder. You can only read this value in the telegram. Use the FB283. I do not know how to reset the value. I would have done it in the PLC program controller.
