How many Simultaneous access siemens logo web editor

I'm trying to access from two devices but I can only access from one, would that be some configuration or is it restricted to one at a time?

Sometimes more than one connection works, but usually only with problems. But if you want a binding statement from Siemens, then start a Support Request.

The root of the problem are the Web-browsers. All of them uses more than just one connection. As I know, only Firwfox allows you to set the channels to 1. This setting is then valid till the next update of firefox. So this is also not a good sollution. For mobile devices (Android and iOS) I have never seen such a possibility to reduce the used chanels for a web-browser. Hope this helps.
