Sinamics GM150 V2.5 : Copy Ram to Rom Error

I have made Copy Ram to Rom on the the following GM150s without having any problems with the following Fnr. N-U321492700003 N-U403492700023 N-U321492700002 N-U321492700004 N-U403492700022 N-U321492700005 However, with this unit Fnr. N-U824492700071 when I copy Ram to Rom, it gives me this error "VECTORMV : Parameter P640[0]:Above the valid values." I had Changed the Value of P640 to 600 A but was also rejected. First make offline , set P640 to the right value , then on line and download , it may works . |

Turn off ,turn on,make factory seting .may works |
