We are facing one problem, our configuration is given below Motor resolver connected to 611U & 611U simulation pulses connected to FM 354. In FM 354 we are getting only A+ A- B+ B-. We are not getting R+ & R- pulse. We have connected 6 wire from FM to Drive. Please guide us to solve the problem. regards, Rahul

In documentation "FM 354 Servo Drive Positioning Module" 6ES7 354-1AH01-8BG0: When connecting an incremental encoder, please note that at the instant of the zero pulse (TRUE signal) the signals of tracks A and B must also be TRUE. If necessary, the negated signal must be connected and, consequently, the direction adjusted (MD19). “1” signal >= 2.4 V “0” signal < 0.8 V Probably it will help you. Best regards. I have inverted A+ A- B+ B- & R+ R- but same problem happening. I am getting 5 v at R+ of drive contineously. Same with 4 axis. please guide me. regards, Rahul

I have open control card 6SN 118-1NK01-0AA0 & found that one IC is damaged. IC number (7LB176Q01T A614 ). Please guide me wheather that may be the reason or not. Regards, Rahul
