Dear All, I am really new to work with S7300 and therefore need some help to connect a Mass Flow Controllerhttp://www.buerkert.de/products_data/datasheets/DS8626-Standard-EU-EN.pdfwith S7300 314C PN/DP using Profibus. Any help and support in this would be great. Moreover in the integrated I/O of theS7300 314C PN/DP has only 2 analog output and I have need more output, is there any way to use some of the digital outputs and work around without requiring to buy an output module. Can somebody please explain the differnce between electrically isolated and non isolated that is understandable in simple english ;) |

Hello, To answer your first question, see pdf attached. 2 depends on what you want to achieve, let us know maybe there are other ways to control whatever you want to control. 3 electric isolation means that there is no powerflow between the two devices, there are 2 circuits most of the time connected by optocouplers. Hello, First, from what i read in the datacheet you can;t control the valve, that'sfor the flowmeter- electronics (witch is verry common to this kind of divices). You just have to give a setpoint (analog) and you get back the actual value. Now the connections, for PLC side see attachment. So if you setup your flowcontroler to use 0-10V signals: Setpoint to Flowcontroller PlC output Channel 0 = connector 16 to Flowcontrol input pin 1 connector 20 to Flowcontrol input pin 2 Actual value from Flowcontroller Pin 3 output flowcontrol + to PLC input channel 0 = connector 2 Pin 13 output flowcontrol - to PLC inputchannel 0 = connector 4 Regards, Marcjan Attachments7300_cpu_314Cpinout.pdf (103 Downloads) |
