Hello; First, SFC 14/15 are designed to transfer data that is either 3 bytes long, or 5 bytes more in length . In other words, it does not work with word- or Dword-size data. See the screenshot below, from the System and Standard function manual; similar information is available on the Step 7 online help.Since you seem to be using PPO3 (2 words PZD, Control word and Speed Reference only) you should not use 14/15, So continue working with Load/Transfer (Move in LAD) instructions as long as you continue wioth this configuration. If you change PPOx structure (say PPO5) you can decide to use SFC 14/15 to transfer all PZD at one shot, as a single telegram, instead of word by word. As you can see in the following FAQ, the speed setpoint is selected as a percentage of the maximum frequency parameterized on the drive: - w#16#4000 represents the maximum frequency (say 50 Hz); - w#16#2000 represents 50% of the maximum frequency (25 Hz); - w#16#1000 represents 25% of the maximum frequency (12,5 Hz) - w#16#0000 represents standstill (0 Hz). You can write any value between w#16#0000 and w#16#5000 as a speed reference so you wioll find it is very flexible.. Dear Mr. Daniel Chartier Thank you very much for the useful information . as I explained I am using Micromaster 420 that means only I can use PPO1 or PPO3 from your answer I get clear point which is I cant use SFC14 and SFC15 With PPO3 .but I change the configuration of the drive to PPO1 can I use SFC14 and SFC15 and what I have to . my target is to use SFC14 and SFC15 , MY KIT have s7 300 CPU and Micromaster420 . many thanks to you .
