Good afternoon, When using the CPU 416-3 DP (6ES7 416-3XR05-0AB0) controller we had a not foreseen in the Stop mode. Analysis of the diagnostic buffer contents revealed no software failures, the controller simply moved to the stop, both with a manual switch. Could you advice for a given fault. We can not be sure operation of the controller on. The contents of the diagnostic buffer. Thanks for the answer. This CPU malfunction after 01Jan2017 was replaced by a new one 05Jan2017. Although after a warm restart 01Jan2017 CPU 416-3 DP was working properly, and I think would work more smoothly indefinitely. Everything points to the switch. But at the moment of failure in humans indoors PLC was not (there signaling). The switch was in the RUN position and the LED displays STOP. Later transferred to probyvali stop remotely via Simatic Manager through Operating mode- stop formed at the stop with SFB20. We tested the CPU 416-3 DP on the lab bench. We try to do a reset via MRES. The switch works steadily (no chatter) on the vibration does not respond. As a result, we updated the firmware to v5.3.5 and left to test. While the controller is working properly. But the root cause of failure is not found . To understand the operation of the switch need functional block diagram of the controller.

Hello friends, I have PCS sytem in my plant in which most of the CPU are 416-3,yesterday while downloading the program changes only CPU went to stop mode,i have attached the diagnostic buffer file,please suggest how can avoid this in future, Thanks AttachmentCPU 416-3 STOP MODE.pdf (586 Downloads) |
