Dear Mr/Ms if you are testing example 1 it's very important to shut down the SINCOM.OCX Testprogram before. While Sincom.OCX is working you can't catch a reply from the machine. If this don't help to solve your problem. Please send the following files to the hotline: Your example 1 with your parameters. For further diagnostic, I need some log-files: \Add_on\SinCOM.log or mcis_rpc.log \Add_on\SinCOMERR.log or mcis_rpcerr.log Start before the following program "\add_on\Scconfig.exe" please Open the strap "Logging" and parameterize as follows: Filesize: 100 Trace level: 4 - After that, delete all log-files - Start MMC - Please after that test the functions with which the problems occurred - copy the logs and send them In addition we need still an excerpt of your Registry Activate following Softkey's on the Windows surface: "Start" => "Run..." write "regedit" => "OK" Then you choose the directory "SINCOM", this file must be exported into a Temp-Directory so that you can send us the so made file. [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Siemens\SINCOM] "Registry" => "Export Registry File..." File name: XXXXXXX "Save" Copy the file "XXXXXX.reg" from the Tmp-list and these send to us. Also we need the \Add_on\scvarset.ini. Best regards Your Technical Support for Automation & Drives SIEMENS AG |
