Hi husnid, After going through the diagnostic buffer I can think of several actions. 1. Update the CPU firmware to the latest available, which right now I don't know what it is but I see that you have firmware version v6.0.2 and the latest is v6.0.10. I share the updates in the following link: "Operating system updates V6 CPU412-5H PN/DP, CPU414-5H PN/DP, CPU416-5H PN/DP, CPU417-5H PN/DP" 2. I have also observed that the event 16#3942 that causes the passage of the CPU to STOP is, apparently, because in the module with address 2046 of the decentralized periphery presents punctual short circuits The passage of the CPU to STOP in these cases can be avoided by adding and loaded the OB82 to the CPU. I therefore recommend you to load this OB and check the new CPU operation. 3. Also, if the CPU behavior is corrected, I still recommend you to check the module connections to ensure that the module is working properly. If you need any clarification, you can reply to this email, making sure that the ticket number remains in the subject field. Best regards! |
