Hi, 

I am facing one issue in S7-412-5H system. During operation all CPU LED's turned off. and after power restart all LED's started flashing. After powering restart by putting CPU in stop mode it started normally but the program got erased from the CPU. the diagnostic buffer we have saved from CPU is attached. In that we observed that error description was mentioned as "Memory reset due to Inconsistent data" . 

Can anyone help us in understanding the possibilities of the error occurence ? Can this happen because of hardware issue?

These CPUs are programmed with simatic manager V5.6 SP1.

And no CP cards installed in the entire system, this system is having only 2 redundant S7-412-5H controllers with 2 ET200SP I/O racks.

The system was working fine without any fault from last 4 years but suddenly all the LEDs stopped and rest I have described in my previous post. 

Does anyone faced same kind of fault /error with the redundant system?
