    I am facing problem regarding in the IPC 477D, in that installed of Windows 10 but the On-Screen Keyboard is not at all displaying.

In case of Windows 7 there is no problem,the on-screen keyboard is displaying.

kindly give the solution.

First of all: ensure, that the input via touch is working (does your mouse cursor move via Touch?). If you have a multitouch display and Windows 10 embedded, than you may run into some issues. If no touch works at all, you probably must switch the display to singletouch-mode.

When you are in Windows or when you are in runtime (what are you running)?
