Suggest you 1st try to replace Z1 Axis control card (6SN1118-0Dxxxxxxx) , then 2nd step to replace Z1 axis drive (6SN1123-xxxxxxxx) , if your problem still not fix, you take picture from your screen under Diagnostic post here.
