Need SINAMICS V60 and S7-200 PLC Interface wiring diagrams

TechkidPrabu Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi Friends,I bought a SINAMICS V60 drive and 1FL5 servo motor with it.Now i need to run this servo motor through my S7-200 CPU224 CN PLC.The connections inthe manual is not clear.Can any one help me by specifing the wiring diagram of PLC outputs with the SINAMICS V60 drive terminals. Because In the manual PUL+,DIR+ and ENA+ are connected with the PLC outputs Q0.0,Q0.1,Q0.2 but PUL- ,DIR- ENA- are not connected to any of the terminals.I have attached the connnection diagram in the manual.Please help me... TechkidPrabu Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello friend, The PULS-,DIR- and ENA- in the drive terminals are rated as 5V Differential signals.But the outputs coming from S7-200 PLC are 24V Single-ended source.Here is the problem.An interface cable for connecting S7-200 PLC and SINAMICS V60 is specified in the SINAMICS V60 Manual.But i searched that interface cable in siemens website by using the Order number,i can't find that cable anymore.Where can i get? Is anybody bought it already.. Interface Cable Details: Name : SIMATIC PLC/SINAMICS V60 SIGNAL CABLE Order Number : 6ES7 298-2DS23-0XA0

Otherwise you can use resistors to minimize voltage. If you know the current of inputs of V60 you can calculate the resistor. Additional it can be, that you need another resistor in parallel to get clean pulses out of the PLC. Something like you see attached maybe. Attachment Unbenannt.JPG (834 Downloads)
