S120 CU 320-2DP with CBC 10, EDS file selection

Having S120 CU 320 V4.7 with CBC 10 and 2 Power Modules.

CU 320 CBC 10 will communicate with IFM controller over CAN Open.

For V4.7 there are 5 numbers of different .eds files are there, hence which files we have to consider?
