HELLO I am trying to drive S210 (6SL3210-5HE15-0UF0) servo with S71500 (6ES7 515-2TM01-0AB0). The program was previously written with TIA V17 and v90 servos. I converted the program to TIA V18 and added S210 servo instead of V90. But while the machine is running or stopped, the servos give F09 communication error every 5-10 minutes. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
