S210: LSL5310-1BE12-0xFx v6.3: F01000

Hello everybody,

I'm working with Sinamics S210: LSL5310-1BE12-0xFx v6.3 (firmware version v6.3 hf2), yesterday in the morning I found the S210 in Fault: F01000: Internal software error (Module: 3259, line 455) (See attached pic.)

So, I tried to fix with the following steps:

1. Switch off (400vac and 24vdc)

2. Switch on 24vdc. (Fault persist)

3. Try to load factory settings (Not possible, error)

4. Load firmware v6.3 hf3

5. Try to load factory settings (Now yes)

6. Fault 1000 persist.

So, in this point, I do not know what more to do.

Please, can someone help me?
