Before starting, if I check Missing enables under Diagnostics, it is seen 0 - OFF1 enable missing and 30 - Speed controller inhibited. 2. When I make OFF1 (p840[0] ON / OFF1) high (making level 1), it is seen under Missing enables 21- Stop2 enable internal missing and 30 - Speed controller inhibited. But it is felt that motor is powered but motor does not move. May be this state is for measuring motor data. 3. After several minutes, again it shows the message - 0 - OFF1 enable missing and 30 - Speed controller inhibited (though the off1 signal is still high) under Missing enables. 4. Then I have to make OFF1 to 0 and again 1 and motor starts to move. 5. But I have to come across above stages every time I switch off the drive. Does anybody have such experiences? Please share with me. It would be of much help for me if any expert kindly give me some suggestions. Best regards, Shyamal

Liuyongtao Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I meet same problem as what you said! P1300=20(without encoder)When OFF1 is ON, then r0002 is show14and r0046.21 and r0046.30 is missing.

Anchobi Posts: 139 Rating: (25)	Silly question The drive is not doing a drive identification each time is it? Anyway, if the problem is there everytime you power off the drive then itsuggests some parameter is lost once you turn off (i.e. it is just in RAM) I suggest you run through your procedure of getting the motor started as you described. Then once you can get the motor running for each ON/OFF1 command. Then do a copy RAM to ROM operation. Switch power off and see if this has fixed your problem

I have tried everything to troubleshoot but couldn't find the cause. I'm using a synchronous motor with drive CLIQ interface. the drive is in run mode but with zero power. I even tried it in V/F mode. Please Help me! Thanks

F_Mattar Advanced Member Joined: 10/4/2017 Last visit: 4/21/2024 Posts: 40 Rating: (3)	the drive object is in Vector mode the control is V/F (for diagnostics) -when i enable the drive using the control panel i have the following missing enable signals: 0 off 1 enable missing 30 speed controller inhibited. -when I press the green (Drive ON) button on the control panel, the drive switches to run mode but without power ( no current no magnetization). and the following missing enable signals are shown: 21 Stop 2 enable internal missing 30 speed controller inhibited. the screenshots are below. F_Mattar Advanced Member Joined: 10/4/2017 Last visit: 4/21/2024 Posts: 40 Rating: (3)	the other screenshot is shown below. as i mentioned earlier,the motor is siemens synchronous motor with drive CLIQ interface. the Power module had blown capacitors and it was repaired. Control unit is 310 dp It's supposed to work in servo mode with basic positioning. with the original application parameters I had several missing enable signals. So i decided to create a new configuration with simple V/F without encoder feedback and control the motor from the starter control panel. There are no alarms nor errors in this current state. however, I'm not able to move the motor at all. I'm not sure about the motor ID thing. I can see in P1910 it is inhibited but on the control panel display I see the state [14] MotID, excit. running and/or brake opens, SS2, SOS. Attachment Untitled1.png (419 Downloads)
