V90 profidrive encoder and s7 1200 interrupt

Hello

I have a conveyor powered by v90 servo and a sensor on it and S7 1214C . I need to turn on digital output on PLC exactly in time when the object on conveyor detected by sensor passes the way I specify.

Well, I did something like that with the external encoder, HSC and hardware interrupts. (One interrupt for HSC zeroing by sensor and others for configured HSC counter values) Worked pretty fine.

Now I wonder if I can do the same without HSC as the servomotor encoder connected to PLC via V90 Profidrive. If I try to activate the output by the condition of position value received throught the telegram from V90 it takes some time (cycle time as I can assume) to read the value and turn it on that is unacceptable for my task.

I tried to place the condition in Main, pre servo and post servo OB's. With the same result. The DQ turns on with delay.

Is there a way to solve my problem or should I mount the external encoder? (wich looks like overkill as I already have one in servomotor)
