Error updating LOGO 8.4 FW

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to update the FW of a LOGO from version 1.84.02 to 1.84.03, but when I insert the SD card, the device boots up normally and starts rebooting on its own, without performing the upgrade process.

Has anyone experienced this before? I'm attaching a screenshot of the SD card's root directory. The card is formatted in FAT32.

I think the SD card isn't formatted with FAT32.

And:

LOGO! 8.4 support also exFAT. You must not formatting with FAT32.
And show in the LOGO! system menu by diagnostic of the Status of the SD card.

I tried both formats. The SD card was formatted using Windows. I'm attaching a video showing the LOGO's behavior.

I tried with two LOGO! devices and two SD cards, but the problem remains the same. The LOGOs are MLFB 6ED1052-1FB08-0BA2 with FW version 1.84.02 and FS: 01.

your LOGO! 8.4 with FW V1.84.01 needs to be updated to FW V1.84.02 and V1.84.03.

However, if your LOGO! base modules do not recognize the MSD-card, then no update is possible.
